OAK CREEK, Wis. (June, 2016) – The Office Furniture Dealers Alliance (OFDA), has announced SurfaceWorks as Table Manufacturer of the Year in its 2015 Dealers’ Choice Survey. This is the second time in the past two out of three years SurfaceWorks has received this award.
Introduced in 2012 as an upgrade to the Dealer Manufacturer Satisfaction Index Survey (DMSI), the revamped survey aims to provide product-category-level feedback from dealers of all sizes on the full range of support they receive from their primary non-aligned suppliers, including more specialized furniture manufacturers. “Countless votes were cast for Manufacturer of the Year in the Workstation/Systems, Seating, Casegoods, Filing, Tables and Storage categories,” said Paula Kreuzburg, OFDA Managing Director. “Not only is this data valuable to dealers who can see where their primary suppliers rank, it’s also valuable for manufacturers who see exactly what the dealers want and can customize their offerings and support services to enhance relations with the dealer community.” The award is based on a carefully structured, anonymous dealer poll that measures six functional areas of manufacturer performance that are of greatest importance to a diverse cross-section of dealers throughout North America. The award program recognizes those manufacturers that deliver the most consistent and effective overall support to dealers in all of those areas in each of size product categories. Awards were presented to manufacturers at the NeoCon Conference in Chicago.
